Straightening
Clear braces– These are extremely discrete ceramic braces.
Clear braces with Colour – The discrete option with added colour. Individualise your look.
Invisible - For minor teeth adjustments and the less complicated cases we offer an adjusted retainer service (similar to Invisalign). These are clear retainers which, if worn as instructed, can move your teeth into position over time.
LaseringTooth
Tooth Exposure - In some cases with skillful use of Laser treatment we are able to expose unerupted teeth by thinning the gum. This allows the teeth to erupt naturally and often speeds up treatment time. This procedure is done at The OC.
Gum Shaping – We may suggest contouring or shaping a patient's gums to improve the appearance of their smile – safely removing excess gum tissue that may give them a "gummy" smile, or make their front teeth appear irregular in size or shape.
Clarity 3D
Determining the best orthodontic treatment plan starts with knowing where you're at. Using the only scanning service of its kind in the area, The OC uses Clarity 3D to quickly understand your mouth, resulting in the very best care tailored to your exact needs. Most people require regular 2D X-ray but in more complexed cased a 3D X-ray may be recommended.
Teeth whitening with The OC White
Complement beautiful teeth with a brilliant whitening service. Now that you have great teeth, make sure everyone notices with our professional teeth whitening treatment. Retainers even after braces are used, changes can occur as we get older that affects tooth position. To maintain that great smile, we provide retainers to suit your particular needs.
Tooth Extraction
Our visiting Oral Surgeon, Glenn Kirk, offers a tooth extraction service at The OC for our more complexed extraction cases. This offers peace of mind for patients to have this service in familiar surroundings. In regular extraction cases, you will be referred to your family Dentist or preferred provider.
Jaw Surgery
If corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery) to treat and correct abnormalities of the facial bones, specifically the jaws and the teeth, is required, we offer a referral service to Oral & Maxillo Facial surgeons when necessary. The OC provides clear ceramic braces at no additional cost.
