Treatment Fees and Payment Options

At the Orthodontic Centre, it is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer monthly and quarterly payment options to meet your needs. We accept EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa, personal or bank cheque or automatic payment.

Please ask us about financing options and bank drafts. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

A fee of $7 is charged each month on any accounts not settled within 21 days of the due date. The Orthodontic Centre reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts. Should any problems occur with payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Payment may be restructured accordingly. We may use a debt collection service to recover payments.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
